P101 EMBALLERINGSFORSKRIFT P101 Det er kun tilladt at benytte emballager, som er godkendt af den kompetente myndighed i oprindelseslandet. Hvis oprindelseslandet ikke er en kontraherende part til ADR, skal emballagen godkendes af den kompetente myndighed i det første ADR-land, forsendelsen kommer til. De internationale kendingsbogstaver for motorkøretøjer i international trafika for landet, hvor den kompetente myndighed agerer, skal indføjes i transportdokumentet som følger: "Emballage godkendt af den kompetente myndighed i …" (se 5.4.1.2.1 (e)). a Registreringslandets kendingsbogstaver, som anvendes på motorkøretøjer og påhængskøretøjer i international vejtrafik, f.eks. i henhold til Genèvekonventionen om vejtrafik af 1949 eller Wienkonventionen om vejtrafik af 1968.
