ADR 2025 — special provision (SP) 217, Chapter 3.3.
Mixtures of solids which are not subject to the requirements of ADR and toxic liquids may be carried under this entry without first applying the classification criteria of Class 6.1, provided there is no free liquid visible at the time the substance is loaded or at the time the packaging or cargo transport unit is closed. This entry shall not be used for solids containing a packing group I liquid.
