Special provision 651
ADR 2025 — special provision (SP) 651, Chapter 3.3.
Special provision V2 (1) does not apply if the net explosive mass per transport unit does not exceed 4 000 kg, provided that the net explosive mass per vehicle does not exceed 3 000 kg.
